  My experience with Campbell’s was great.  Brittany and Cheryl were very courteous and were very apologetic when they had to cancel my appointment.  Geoff, the technician was wonderful.  He wore his mask the whole time he was working on my fireplace He was also helpful with explaining how to change the batteries and the settings from manual to remote.
